Nonprofit staff, board members, and volunteers are invited to join us on Thursday, May 22 from 8 – 11:30 a.m. for a Door County Nonprofit Training Series workshop focused on building leadership skills.
Every leader has their own style. Maybe it’s one that you’ve learned from others or one you’ve developed from trial and error. However, does your Leadership style encompass the 5 Essential Skills of a successful leader? Presented by Michelle Waldinger, this session will explore these 5 Essential Skills and how you can apply each skill with success.
Michelle Waldinger has been the HR Director for Marine Travelift & ExacTech in Sturgeon Bay for over 5 years with a total of 20 years in Human Resources. Waldinger holds a bachelor’s degree from UW Green Bay in Human Development and has lived in Green Bay for 25 years. With a focus and passion in Personal Growth, Career Development, and Emerging Leadership, Waldinger believes that seeing someone grow through the years into their own definition of success is one of the most rewarding things as an HR professional.
