Sunshine Resources of Door County (SRDC) provides quality experiences that promote growth and independence for individuals with disabilities and disadvantages.

SRDC is a diverse community service provider with an enduring vision of enriching lives by nurturing and inspiring the human spirit.  Since 1971, we have provided day service programming, employment services, life skill classes, and socialization to promote inclusion. We also offer Senior Adult Day services for families needing support with loved ones living with Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and dementia. Our Sunflower Cottage is also open to seniors looking for socialization and companionship.

As a community resource, we provide a comprehensive transportation service to all participants, ensuring that transportation barriers do not prevent them from participating.

SRDC operates a full production facility, a resale store, and provides business services including printing, mailing, and shredding, all of which offer job skills experience to prepare our clients for the workforce. Our Employment Services program also includes resume building, interview preparation and job matching, and job placement to ensure the highest opportunity for success.
