Rock Island can seat up to 54 comfortably when configured lecture style. The tables are normally set up boardroom style in a large rectangle.  Rock Island can also be used for smaller groups, but you will need to rearrange the tables yourself and then return them to their original configuration at the conclusion of your meeting.  Rock Island has a large wall-mounted monitor for video conferencing or presentations (note this is only a monitor so you will need your own laptop to connect to it). Rock Island also has a whiteboard, projector screen, and lectern available for use as well as a buffet table positioned in the back of the room for serving food or providing literature to attendees.
