Nonprofit staff, board members, and volunteers are invited to join us on Wednesday, November 5th from 8 – 11:30 a.m. for a Door County Nonprofit Training Series workshop focused on strategic planning. The training will be held at the Sevastopol Town Hall, 4528 WI-57, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235.

This engaging “101” Introduction to Strategic Planning training session will be presented by Josh Kilgas and JD Gildemeister from Solutions for Changemakers and tailored to today’s nonprofit landscape. During the interactive session, attendees will learn how to assess their organization’s readiness for planning, explore current leading practices, and uncover opportunities to secure outside funding for the process. Nonprofit leaders will leave with practical tools and insights that can immediately be applied to build resilience for the future.
